Beam Trolley (Pneumatic Tire)

This Diesel Engine powered Beam Trolley is used for transportation of Precast Beams. Both Front and Rear Trolley are equipped with steering to allow the maneuvering on top of the small curve bridges. It is possible to have both front and rear trolley to be equipped with diesel engine.

Standard Trolley is available as well as custom made trolley for variety of special inquiries such as track dimension for different girder spacing.

All Beam Trolleys are subject to factory full loading test(110% dynamic test plus 125% static test) before delivery.

Beam Trolley can be used to carry various types of load including all shapes of precast beams, steel girder, precast column, steel pipe etc.

Beam Trolley can be used together with Beam Erector for delivery of the precast Beam to the Beam Erector for installation.

Variety of traveling speeds are provided; several high speed for unloaded condition, several low speeds for loaded condition and one specific speed for synchronizing with the hoist traveling speed from Beam Erector.
